COVID-19 case count in Ghana has risen to 6,096, after 178 new cases have been confirmed.
This was revealed by the Ghana Health Service in its latest report Tuesday night .
The report suggested that the number of cases in four regions -Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western and Central Regions-had increased.
In addition 19 more recoveries were confirmed, increasing the number to 1,773.

South Africa's rate of new coronavirus infections will decrease until the country can remove a national lockdown
according to recommendations from the World Health Organisation, Health Minister Zweli Mkhize said.
South Africa, which has the largest number of confirmed infections on the continent, relaxed some restrictions on 1 May,
nearly five weeks after a tight lockdown. Schools will be required to reopen on June 1.
The case count of the country increased Tuesday by 767 to 17,200 while the death toll increased by 26 to 312.
